Favourite Lush products for summer | Shower and skincare

9/6/20

It has finally started to feel a bit more summery in the UK for the past week so I thought why not write about nice fresh scents?

I was going through my shower/bath basket just to see what I was running out of, if there was something to throw away, etc... and I smelled everything as I went and then I realised, one of the products I kept in my shower to use is from the Christmas range! but it smells so fresh that I thought it would be perfect for summer.

CHRISTINGLE -  BODY CONDITIONER

"If you want a tingletastic start to your day, this body conditioner is mint for you. Menthol crystals and peppermint oil tantalise from the tips of your fingers to your toes, bringing your skin to life."

I got a tub of this last Christmas and ended up not using the whole thing but lucky me! now I get to use the rest. It is super minty, probably why I didn't use it during the colder months, and leaves your skin feeling super soft and cool.

If I'm not wrong, I think Lush recently came up with a version of this product for all year round and changed the name to Tingle.

"This rose water face toner was created as a way to hydrate and soothe your skin gently and effectively. This is an elegant formula that’s suitable for even the most sensitive skins."

This is probably my all time favourite Lush product. Last year I wrote a post about my everyday skincare and this was one of the things I used, and still use. The smell is gorgeous and it feel amazing on the skin.

ROSE JAM - SHOWER GEL

I only tried Rose Jam for the first time last year and I am a convert now.
I was never a fan of rose scents but I don't know what it is about this gel that it smells so good. And so strong as well, not in a bad way! but only a little bit goes a long way when you're in the shower.

I've seen they have a perfume now too and I'm so excited to try it!

And those are the products I will be using this summer, for sure. Do you have any favourite scents that remind you of summer? Or any product that you only use during the season? Leave it in the comments, I'm always interested!
